Criminal Record Doesn't Have to Stop You From Getting Your License!! We can Help! ​

A criminal record does not automatically disqualify you. Most often, a disposition and explanation is all that is required to process an application. There are also other legal services that we can offer you to reduce the impact of an arrest on your application such as a certificate of release and 'good guy letters'. ​All applicants are evaluated on an individual basis. We will not accept payment from someone we feel is not going to be accepted by the state.

Things That Will Disqualify You From a Firearms Permit.

  • Orders of Protection against you.​​
  • Felony Convictions in any state or country.
  • Any domestic violence arrests or convictions.
  • Dishonorable Discharges from the military.
  • History of Mental Illness or if you were involuntarily
  • committed to a hospital for mental health treatment.
